Welcome to EnovaVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and EnovaVPN and govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This is placeholder legal copy pending review by legal counsel.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using EnovaVPN you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@enovavpn.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use EnovaVPN to:

engage in illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, attempt to breach or overload our systems, or resell the Service without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

New subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within the eligible window, contact support. Refunds may be excluded for certain payment methods or promotional plans as described at checkout.

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate. Promotional terms are described at the time of the offer.

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by EnovaVPN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnovaVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
